Cats/movies/music lovers, discovering places as locals do (possibly)

About this sitter

We are an italian couple living in the beautiful island of Mallorca. We love to travel and we can work anywhere because we just need a high speed connection. We are movies and cats lovers and we would like to discover more places (and pets!) traveling and housesitting, because in this way we can keep on working and we can do living and taking a holiday at the same time.
We would love this to be our way of discovering the world.

Why they want to house sit

We would love to sit your house and your pets, to be able to discover more places just keeping on working.
We would love this to be our way of discovering the world.
We like the idea to explore a place living in it as locals do, though just for short stays.

When we decide to make a real holiday, i.e. without working, with no laptop with us... we don't do it as sitters. Being outside all the time to discover places doesn't match with taking care of pets, we feel.

Their experience

Before joining another online platform we never took care of other people pets (well, maybe occasionally) but we always had pets in our lives.
I, Giulia, have been growing in a field house. We've always had both cats and dogs, sometimes maybe 5 dogs and 15 cats living together.
Since Luca and I live together (2014) we have had many cats, depending on the cats that decided to live with us (minimum 2, maximum 6). Now we have 3.
We have experience with dogs, cats, once we had a rabbit in our house sharing the garden with our cats.

What can they bring to the assignment

We would love to bond with other pets and make them feel comfortable and loved as - we hope - sitters do with our own three cats. And we look forward to taking care of people houses, because it's something we instinctively do and also out of gratitude, since likeminded house owners make this traveling dream possible.
