We are an Australian couple in our early 50s who love travelling slowly and living like locals while exploring Europe. We both work remotely, which means we spend a lot of time at home and can provide consistent, attentive care for pets and properties.

We are looking for house sits where we can care for a home and pets as if they were our own, while immersing ourselves in local life rather than travelling as tourists. We value clear communication, mutual trust and treating each home with respect and care.

We aim to provide homeowners with complete peace of mind, knowing their pets, plants and home are in safe, capable and caring hands.

Their experience

We have owned and renovated two houses while raising our children for the past 25 years. So understand how important it is to find the right people to look after your home. We house-sit our friend's house that has cats annually. Prior to home ownership, Emma spent many years house sitting in her early 20's

What can they bring to the assignment

We are genuine animal lovers and have extensive experience caring for cats, dogs and small animals. We understand how important routine, calm energy and affection are for pets while their owners are away, and we take this responsibility very seriously.

We are also avid gardeners and confident in caring for outdoor gardens, vegetable patches and indoor plants. Keeping a home well-maintained, tidy and secure comes naturally to us, and we are practical and handy with day-to-day household tasks.
