About this sitter
After spending over a year petsitting full time around the UK, I now live near Stroud and while I live it here, I miss hanging out with animals! I have a remote job so I can stay in and give your pet plenty of attention and affection ?
Why they want to house sit
I want to house sit mainly to spend time animals, and for a change of scenery.
Their experience
I have several years experience looking after cats and dogs. I grew up on a farm with various animals and pets, and have volunteered on several farms and eco projects around the world.
What can they bring to the assignment

Katie was a wonderful house sitter! She took excellent care of our very spoilt cat, giving us daily updates of his antics. When we got home the house was cleaner than we had left it, bedding was washed and changed, house plants were watered and cat very happy! Katie has been a truly excellent cat sitter! The cats seemed very happy and warmed up to her very quickly (which doesn’t always happen with new people!). She sent us lots of lovely photos of the cats snuggled up on her lap, and was very easy to communicate with. She was very flexible when we needed to drop some stuff off and someone needed to collect a parcel. We came back to a truly sparkling flat. Thank you so much - I would highly recommend.

Katie was perfect from the get go! Very organised, with super quick comms and regular updates, which is something that is very important to me. A great sitter
Katie was a great sitter for Bobby and Betsy, nothing was of any trouble for her and she asked thorough questions about the house and the cats routine. We recieved daily updates and the house was found exactly how we'd left it. Many thanks again, we would definitely recommend Katie as sitter!

We managed to meet Katie before the house sit so she could meet us and the cats. On the day the sit started, as agreed, Katie arrived at the house before we left. This ensured the cats had a smooth transition and we could talk Katie through the specifics of the house and the cats needs. Katie is very polite, has a calming nature and is a really lovely person. Whilst away, as agreed, Katie sent us daily updates and photo’s. She was very reliable in doing this and we could see the cats were being well looked after. Katie left the house very clean and tidy at the end of the stay. We would recommend Katie 100% as a house sitter. We would welcome her back to our house again.

Really happy
We never actually met Katie in person and I will admit I was a litle nervous about that, but I needn't have been. Katie kept in touch about her arrival and departures and sent through frequent updates whilst she was here. We were really happy with her especially as she also had to deal with a water leak in the road outside that happened just before we left. I have no reservations in recommending her to others or having her come to us again.

A lovely sitter
Katherine was a lovely sitter for our little cat, Rosie. She cared for her incredibly well and sent us regular updates. We felt very grateful to have her here while we were away for so long. I wholeheartedly recommend Katie
I could not have hoped for a better pet and house sitter than Katie. She cared for my cockatiel Dany and cat Yogi for three months and they were both so relaxed and well when I came home. Communication was excellent throughout, with lots of updates and photos, and Katie dealt with several issues that we were not expecting to be dealing with. This included taking Dany to the vets to get a new hormone implant (as she has a hormone imbalance) which ran out while I was away, and keeping Yogi indoors while kids were off school after there was an incident in the village. From day one, Katie was professional yet friendly and relaxed, and I always felt my animals were in safe and caring hands. My house was wonderfully clean and well cared for and my neighbours commented what 'nice lass' she is. I wholeheartedly recommend Katie!

Brilliant sitter
Katie was a brilliant sitter. She arrived after we had left and let herself in. She sent regular updates and left the house immaculate - even stripped the beds and washed the sheets. In safe hands
We’ve just returned home after 7 weeks away with Katie taking care of our cats, Coco and Kitkat, and our home. It was wonderful to return to our spotlessly clean home. With the bedding laundered and chocolates and flowers waiting for us. Coco and Kitkat were happily snuggled up together and were incredibly relaxed. During our time away Katie dealt with a variety of different things for us, including checking our post for letters we were waiting for, cleaning our cat fountains and incorporating a new food prescribed by our vet into the cats’ diets. She kept us updated and sent photos of the cats on a regular basis and we absolutely knew that everything back home was in very safe hands indeed. Katie was respectful about checking if friends could come over for lunch and was an absolutely brilliant sitter! We would love Katie to sit for us again!

Katherine's communication from the point of booking was excellent, she came to visit before I went away so that I could show her around and she could meet Douglas. Organised, self sufficient, confident
Katie kindly looked after our young Great Dane, Mana, while we were away for a few days. Katie was well organised, self sufficient, confident and kept us updated on how things were going.
