About this sitter
We look for opportunities to enjoy a quiet life in a new environment. We are homeowners that have always been pet owners and we enjoying living the same life we appreciate just in a different place.

We are home bodies that love animals, live slowly and like to see life from a local not tourist or visitors perspective.

Ted and Barb immediately made contact with our dog, and he took to them enthusiastically. They were personable, asked questions that showed their serious commitment to his care, and took the time at the end of their stay to leave the house clean, with linens washed and dried. Ted and Barbara were fantastic sitters. We came home to a spotless home and a happy Delilah Cat (most important). The communication was excellent. We were able to meet them before the actual sit, so that was a bonus!

Highly recommended
Ted and Barb were a delight to deal with from beginning to end. Super organized, great communicators, and just all around lovely people who took great care of our senior kitties, left the house immaculate (and better in some places than we left it!), took us to and from the airport, bought in milk for us so we'd have it for our morning coffee when we got home, and even left a gift! They were real troopers dealing with a malfunctioning hot water heater that was a theme of their stay unfortunately, and made it unpredictable when or if there would be hot water. We greatly appreciated their patience as we tried to work out what to do. Highly recommended!

Ted and Barb are totally dialed in
Ted and Barb have been doing this awhile and are totally dialed in. They came a little early and stayed a day later but were very conscientious of giving us our space to pack, then settle back in. The house was exceptionally cleaned. Buddy was his normal self and didn't seem to miss a beat while we were away.

Ted and Barbara were incredible pet and house sitters. Rags loved being with them for the 3 1/2 weeks we were away. He enjoyed his walks and golf cart rides. The house was neat and organized when we came home. They even took care of our yard, working in our flower beds and trimming our grass. They also took care of our pool and hot tub. We are looking forward to inviting them back again.

Ted and Barb were a complete joy to have in our home and with our pets! They were great with communication from the first time we FaceTimed and throughout their stay. It was a great experience
Ted and his partner stayed at our house for more than a week. They made a special trip to get acquainted with Maggie and the house before the sit. They regularly updated us on Maggie and the house and they were easy to communicate with. Maggie really seemed to take to them! They tidied up, did all their laundry and remade beds before they left. Ted was great
Ted was great! He watched our dog last minute as our other dog sitter fell through so we greatly appreciated him helping us out in a pinch! Our dog Astra was very happy and our house was cleaner than when we left it. We also got a few photo updates so we could see how Astra was doing while we were away. This was an overall great experience and would definitely recommend Ted!

Absolutely lovely
Ted is a very friendly person with a great sense of humour. He was very responsive while I was away and wanted to check in. He is polite and respectful of other people's space. My condo was tidy and clean when I got back. My elderly cat and him clearly hit it off right away. I did not have the pleasure to have as much contact with Barb but when I did, she was absolutely lovely. Thanks to you both!
