i walk in a calm tranquil way
with simplicity

tranquillity in and around the house-flat-home-nest you offer is essential,
so calm tranquil « pets » would be, from what i perceive, a « good fit »
also Animals who sleep at night ;) just like myself (i walk the days offered with the Sun)
Animals with whom a simple relationship would weave naturally, whether from afar because they are independent, or closer (and affectionate)

also appreciated feeling comfortable through simple kind frank conversations with the person(s) who would welcome me into this nest, with these vegetal and animal companions

i appreciate a nest that is very simple, very clean, comfortable-cosy-warm, in a quiet agreeable peaceful place, with silence and, preferably free of artificial lighting at night

way « better » if the nest is surrounded, nestled in Trees, Flowers, and other Plants, also a place whose rooms are bathed with the Sun
also if this place you call home offers an agreeable space to cook, and savor what has been cooked

also surroundings to just breathe fresh Air outdoor, just in front of the house-flat-nest, to stand under Trees, respectfully gather some Plants and Herbs,
if on a maritime oceanic Land, a place within a walking distance (or driving or bicycling) to the Sea-Oceanshores

public transport practical and « frequent » would be appreciated, that is good if a walk to meet those vehicles, organic grocery stores and farmers-producers markets whose farmers producers deeply respect and honor the Earth, with an organic or biodynamic-permaculture practice, whether with a « label », « certification » or way above those, just offering their honest deep joyful Earth friendly practices and savoir-faire

Why they want to house sit

i perceive housesitting as a simple economic ecologic friendly way that offers to meet Lands, its inhabitants (Vegetal, Animal), respectfully, tranquilly,
with respect of the rhythms that accompany me

also it offers to feel, see for the several weeks-months of the housesit if these Lands, mostly Sea and Ocean shores, would be Lands i would appreciate deeply, through the course of other Seasons, to nest on

Their experience

i have looked and look after some Animals other than humans, among which free wild Birds and Bees around where i nest, daily,

also a neighbor’s Cat who came to visit several times these recent years,

a new friend who wished me to water her Plants, also feed and offer Water and company to the kitten she had welcomed, for several days when she went on a trip, years ago,

« something » special, tender, with Cats since childhood,

next door neighbours asked several times these recent years to look after, take care, feed and offer Water to the homy Rabbit that has lived with them for years, when on holidays for a few days or almost two weeks at a time; more than just giving the food and Water i let fresh Air in, talk to him, look at him eat joyfully, then talk to him again, saying goodbye

also for some housesits my daughter (in the early twenties) may join me, she is currently staying (it has been several months) with her partner at his mother's place, where a Dog is living too, she takes care of her along with her partner and his mother ; she has also been living in places with Cats and has taken care of the neighbors Rabbit companion with me with an ample chuckling enthusiasm

also some references can be shared via e-mail at the beginning of the conversation with potential "homeowners"; though other than for housesitting, it came that it may express how some people received-perceived what i proposed, the way i walk
