About this sitter
I love to travel and have a limited budget, once my son graduated and left home, I bought some air B&Bs, and now I travel to different countries and learn new cultures. I absolutely love having different experiences and seeing new places.
Why they want to house sit
I love to travel and I am alone, so it’s wonderful to have pets around to talk to and take care of, cuddle, and come home to. I miss my animals, they have both recently passed away of old age in the last two years So I am always taking in or staying with other peoples animals to keep me company.
Their experience
Through the Trusted House Sitters site, and other online sites, I have pet sit in the United States, Scotland, and Spain. I’ve also cared for many fur babies in my own home and many other pet parent’s homes with various types of animals and responsibilities. I have also always had pets; cats, dogs, ferrets, goats, pigs, cows, horses. I have experience with administering medication‘s, pills and injections, and I’ve raised many animals and cared for them through their lifespan Into old age.
What can they bring to the assignment
I was brought up on a small farm and have experience with chickens, pigs, cows, goats, and some horse experience, I’ve always had many cats and dogs, and my most recent dog had diabetes and seizures and I had to give him medications -pills and injections, in a timely matter, daily. I also own and maintain my own Airbnb and rental units, so I can be very handy around the house.

Sherry was great! We talked before the visit and met in person when she arrived. She was easy to work with and flexible, good communication. She loved spending time with my cat Sparkle and sent photos - my cat can be standoffish at first to new people but she warmed up after a couple days.
