About this sitter
Nature, tranquility, and balance is where I thrive. I love reading, writing, art, dancing, theatre, fitness, and being active in every way. So remote homes that requite trekking is not a deterrent. I fly a drone, dance Argentine Tango, and chase sunsets, thus am okay with remote areas, and as a writer/ researcher, being from the Pacific Northwest – Seattle – I'm the most peaceful when surrounded by plants & animals.
I grew up on a farm, and am familiar with caring for, birthing, and nurturing various kinds of animals & tending both vegetable and flowering plants; indoor and out.
I would consider house sitting that comes with various kinds of animals, although I am more inclined to cats, poultry, fish, and smaller dogs. I'll pass on the snakes, thank you!
Why they want to house sit
I travel a lot, therefore cannot keep pets of my own. I do miss them, and house/petsitting gives me the opportunity to enjoy a world of animals. It's like having my own kitty-care.
Their experience
I've always had pets (especially cats), am the resident petsitter, and I've recently done quite a few house sits and volunteer work on other sites. Experienced with farm animals and domestic animals to include rescuing and birthing some animals (birds, rabbits, cats, and dogs).
