About this sitter

Hi, we are Chiara and Concetta, two former college friends aged 33 and 37, who have become remote workers and want to travel and immerse ourselves in the daily life and culture of the places we visit. We look for welcoming places to fall in love with and take care of together with our furry friends who live there. We strongly believe in visiting a place with the utmost respect for local customs and traditions, which is why we want to meet local people and live like locals. We work remotely for a marketing, communication, and translation agency. We work a lot, so we like to enjoy our home and experience the city at a leisurely pace. We speak native Italian, English, and intermediate Spanish.

Why they want to house sit

We believe this is the best way to fully experience new places in an authentic way, just like the locals, with the added bonus of being able to take care of our furry friends, whom we adore and who are like therapy for us.

Their experience

We have traveled several times, but we have always rented accommodation or by friends. This is our first experience and we can't wait to try it!

What can they bring to the assignment

We believe that every person who lives in and is welcomed into a new home with animals can bring additional, genuine care. We also love taking care of the house, as we spend a lot of time there due to our work. We would also like to get to know the people who host us because we believe that cultural exchange is pure enrichment.
