I’m an Australian currently taking a sabbatical and spending extended time in Europe and the UK. I’m calm, responsible, and naturally quite home-oriented, so caring for someone’s home and pets suits me perfectly. I love quiet routines like morning walks, cooking, reading, and working on creative projects.

For a pet sit, I’m looking for a mutually respectful arrangement where I can give animals plenty of attention, affection, and consistent care while keeping a home well looked after.

Why they want to house sit

House sitting fits really naturally with the way I’m traveling. I prefer slower stays where I can settle into a place rather than constantly moving around. Being able to care for animals makes a place feel like home and gives structure to my days.

I also genuinely enjoy animals and find their company grounding, so it’s a lovely exchange. I get companionship and routine while owners can travel knowing their pets and home are in good hands.

Yes. I’ve cared for pets for many years, both my own and for friends and family. I’m comfortable with daily routines like feeding, walks, medication if required, and keeping pets company so they feel secure while their owners are away.

I understand how important consistency is for animals, so I always follow the routines owners provide and keep communication clear while they’re away.

What can they bring to the assignment

Reliability, calm energy, and a genuine love of animals. I’m tidy, respectful of other people’s homes, and very attentive to details and routines.

You can expect your pets to receive lots of attention, walks, and affection, and your home to be cared for as if it were my own. I’m also happy to send updates and photos so you can relax knowing everything is going well.
