Hello! I’m Patricia — a Navy veteran, lifelong animal lover, and experienced solo traveler who brings reliability, warmth, and a deep sense of responsibility to every home and pet I care for.

I’m college-educated in Psychology, Child Psychology, and Sociology, and I’ve spent my life raising two wonderful sons and coaching swimmers and water polo athletes of all ages. Patience, leadership, and nurturing others have always been part of who I am.

I am open to short-term and long-term house sits that offer an opportunity to "help me, help you". I am looking for homes that have various offerings from city life to more of a relaxing retreat. Your home and pets will always be the priority, and their needs will be met before mine.

Why they want to house sit

Now in retirement, I’m embracing a new chapter filled with unique opportunities to continue exploring the world. I love discovering new communities, immersing myself in local cultures, and experiencing places in a way that feels authentic and connected. I’ve always preferred being part of a community rather than staying in high tourist areas — that’s where the real heart of a place lives.
House sitting allows me to travel with purpose: supporting homeowners, caring for cherished pets, and appreciating the goodness of humanity wherever I go. I’m also a lifelong “water baby” who loves the beach, snorkeling, boating, and swimming. The ocean has always been my grounding place. Additionally, I enjoy nature's elements and find peace in immersing myself in all environments.

Proven accountability and integrity! As an avid traveler, I maintain an approved background check -TSA/GLOBAL entry status. As a former youth coach, I have cleared mandated government background checks for decades. Additionally, as a Navy Veteran, I maintained one of the highest security clearances obtainable in the intelligence field.

You can expect me to treat your home as if it were my own, maintain clear and reliable communication, and provide loving, attentive care for your pets. I bring a deep appreciation for the trust you place in me and believe integrity to be a core value in every aspect of my life.

Animals have been a constant source of joy throughout my life. Whether I’m caring for a dog who loves long walks, a cat who enjoys quiet companionship, or any other beloved pet, I treat them with genuine affection and respect.
