Looking for a lovely animal filled adventure this summer!

About this sitter

I'm a quiet university student who loves hiking, swimming, and travelling. I've lived on a small farm my whole life and am experienced with goats, chickens, ducks, dogs, and lots of cats! If I'm not doing my homework or reading a book i'm probably snuggling my cats, Hola and Kimi!

Why they want to house sit

I love to travel and experience new places as well as work with animals! I would love to gain more experience working in farm settings in the countryside or cozy up with a cat or dog at home!

Their experience

I have house-sat for friends and family about 4 times, all on a farm caring for sheep, ducks, chickens, as well as cats and dogs. Although I've never looked after them, I've read and worked with horses for about 5 years on and off. Though not as experienced, I have cared for gardens and planting twice, watering and collecting fruits and vegetables daily. I have never housesat internationally, but I've traveled through the states, across Canada, Mexico, and Cuba, as well as France, Switzerland, Austria, and Italy, and those experiences have shaped me as a person, so I'd hope whatever comes next does as well!

What can they bring to the assignment

I'm pretty self-entertained, so being far from cities never bugs me. I'm very communicative, so expect some animal pictures every day along with daily updates. I go for a walk every morning, so early wakeups are no problem for me, as well as some daily physical activity with the animals! I also don't drink or smoke and am very tidy and conscious of others' personal spaces. Can't wait to meet you!
