About this sitter

Hello pet-lovers,
We are a non-smoking, non-drinking but even more petloving couple, well experienced in taking care of others belongings and love any type of pets and animals with fure (or feather).

We are organized, tidy, clean, responsible and, as we are 2 independant online entrepreneurs, we are flexible about arrival, departure and can keep the routine of your pets they are used to.
We do understand the worries of letting strangers in your personal space, and can assure you treating your place, belongings and neighbours respectfully.
In the rare case something could be damaged or get lost we have a third party insurance to cover all costs which could occure.

Stefanie worked as gardener, managed a theater stage in Switzerland and has also been an airbnb host (not all at the same time though...), before covid gave her the chance to work online and the freedom to work from your home while taking care of your pets, plants and property, like it's her own.
I also can say that I'm a down to earth person and strongly believe that respect and honesty are most important for any kind of successful relations. I'm a very outdoorsy person and in my spare time you find me on a bike or hiking through beautiful nature, chilling at a beach or dancing tango and catching up with friends.

I’m a calm, responsible and easygoing person who enjoys a quiet lifestyle. I’m not really into partying or going out at night; I prefer a peaceful evening with a cat on my lap

I really enjoy being around animals and spending time with them. I’m patient and attentive, and I like getting to know their personalities and routines. I’m also clean, organized and respectful of the space I’m staying in.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, learning languages, improving dance tango with my partner or cook delicious mexican dishes. I value honesty, respect and good communication, and when I take care of someone’s home or pets, I take that responsibility seriously.

Why they want to house sit

We'd love to have our own cats or dogs; due to the fact that we've been relocating many times over the last few years, it never happened. So why not enjoy other people's "pawsome" friends while they are away?!
Stefanie used to have her own vegetable garden and apartment where she offered an Airbnb room (check out my references there)
Now she's working online which makes her stay at your property most of the time. So your pets have our company and your house is watched while your away.

Since 9 years Stefanie house and pet sits all around the world. From Uruguay to Hong Kong, from Switzerland to Tansania!
Sebastian just joined this journey and we started housesitting together in Oaxaca and San Miguel de Allende.

We are fluent in german, english, spanish, into practicing portugues and could even reanimate french, if necessary.

We also have some experience in maintaining pools and deal with service employees in case there is anything to be repaired while a long stay of several month.
