Rather than just traveling through an area, I enjoy settling into a home environment, caring for animals, and maintaining the rhythm of a household. There is something very rewarding about making sure a home stays safe, comfortable, and well looked after while the owners are away.

I also genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and understand how important it is for them to feel secure and cared for when their owners are traveling.

Their experience

Yes. I have many years of experience I was called Dr Doolittle because of my deep connection with animals. I grew up with variety of pets such as guinea pigs, rabbits, lizards, birds and various rodents and on occasion bring stray wildlife that would follow me home. I have managed my own farm with horses, llamas, sheep, goats, chicken,ducks, pigs, cows, turkeys, dogs and cats. I have rescued varieties of wildlife as well as domestic animals and caring for critters belonging to friends, family, and other people. I also have experience with aquariums of my own and caring for friends.

I am comfortable following detailed instructions, maintaining a home, caring for pets, watering plants, collecting mail, and keeping everything running smoothly while homeowners are away.

Because I have owned and managed property myself, I understand how important it is to keep a home secure, clean, and well maintained. I am observant and responsible, and if anything unexpected arises I communicate promptly.

I remember the difficulty of being able to leave for extended period of time when having animals. Although I enjoy the freedom of traveling I do miss having animals and this is a great way to have both by enjoying other peoples loving pets while visiting new places.
