About this sitter

I love waking up into a dog's day. And I love being awakened by a cat ;) I'm open to watching your home/pets anywhere in the United States, for any length of time depending on driving distance.

Why they want to house sit

I love experiencing the variety of dogs/cats, of homes, of cities/towns. I love my state of calm and lovingness when being with animals. I love knowing that home/pet-owners can relax on their trip, assured that their home/pets are being cared for as if my own.

Their experience

I've been house/pet-sitting for friends, and their friends, and their friends' friends, since 2007. I've been watching (in-home with overnights) dogs and cats of all ages and physical capacities, as many as three big dogs and four mixed-size dogs simultaneously. I can manage special needs, medications, personality quirks, etc.

What can they bring to the assignment

Because I work freelance in-home and dictate my own hours as a writing-webinar teacher, my schedule is fluid and can accommodate the needs of your pets. I'm peaceful when alone with animals. My pet-owners report that, upon returning home from a trip, their pets' temperaments/behaviors are normal, as if there were no transitions.
