About this sitter

Hello. My name Is Tania Dutari. I am 54 years old and live in Tucson AZ. I've been an admin for a very successful CPA for 10 years. I want to take a leave of absence for a few months during our off season. I'm looking to get out of our extreme heat for this summer. We have snow birds that come here during the winter. Well, I want to be a summer bird. Haha
I am originally from Panama and go there for about two weeks. At times I'll go on quick little four day get aways. Being in Arizona, if you miss just one day of watering, it really makes a difference so finding someone that takes the time out of their busy schedule is appreciated to make sure my garden doesn't croak. Having said that, I know the importance of needing to have your home appear that someone is home and looks lived in. I understand the concern and frustration of having to find someone reliable to watch your home, pets and plants with respect while away. Someone who is not going to throw a party and destroy your belongings. I also am a non-smoker which would be important to me if I was looking to have someone watch my home.

Why they want to house sit

I have been struggling through a recent break up with a man who I thought I was going to grow old and gray with. We were in a three year relationship and lived together. Coming home to an empty house is very difficult. I just feel like I need a change of scenery and while my broken heart mends perhaps being by the beach would reset my mind and soul instead of dirt, rock and cactus.

Their experience

I have owned my home for over 20+ years and I am confident that I know how to take care of the important things. I am very clean and do not like clutter everywhere.
I had a Yorkie and Chihuahua that I kept alive for over 17 years. They were BFF's and they were my babies. The yorkie slept with me every night and the chihuahua was kind of a loner and just loved sleeping in my closet where I put a little bed in there for her. Since I had to put them down a few years ago I was pretty heartbroken and since then have not wanted to get another animal. Probably another reason was because having to find someone when I travel was a huge pain in the behind too. I will eventually get another dog but for now, I am not ready. I also grew up with cats if that may be needed. I get a kick out of their unique personalities. Some are little lovies and some not so much. Haha

What can they bring to the assignment

I will treat your home with the utmost respect and care as I do with my own home. I love to garden and look forward to being surrounded by flowers and plants that is difficult to grow here due to our extreme heat. I get excited when new flowers "volunteer" themselves in my yard that I did not plant.
