About this sitter

I'm a freelance photographer, travel agent, and stage manager who loves cats. Since I travel too much to have furry friends of my own, I enjoy spending time caring for others while I'm traveling. I'm super clean, quiet, and respectful, and will take care of your home and animals as I would my own. I'm a non-smoker, and it's important to me to sit only for home that are entirely smoke-free (incense/candles aren't a problem, but residual cigarette or marijuana smoke will not work for me). I'm also very quiet, and I need a relatively quiet home environment to work from my computer during the day -- noisy neighbors or areas with a loud nightlife scene would not be the right fit for me.

Why they want to house sit

I don't have any pets of my own at the moment, which is challenging for me as I really love nothing more than curling up with a book and a cat... so, being able to care for your furry friends while you're away is a way for me to get some quality cat time in, with the added benefit of being able to explore a new city/area. I love being able to make new furry friends all over the world!

Their experience

I've been pet/housesitting for 10+ years. I have used other sites to do so in the past, but took a break of a few years for work opportunities at the time. I'm comfortable taking care of cats of all dispositions, from the very shy/fearful to the needy and mischievous.
