About this sitter
Hi there. We're Alex & Daniel ~ An Aussie couple who adore exploration and animals.
We run an events business together remotely, allowing us to travel through the year experiencing different cultures and places, and if you have a pet, be home with them through the day.
We have our own home on magical Magnetic Island in Australia, which we’ve put a lot of time and care into, now for others to enjoy while we’re away.
Why they want to house sit
We love other people magical spaces! We love to linger around small towns longer than most people would, and meet the locals and take in true nature of a place. House sitting makes us feel at home while we’re away from ours, and we love caring for other people’s pets and gardens along the way also. Our lifestyle also doesn’t allow us to have our own pets, so this is a great way to fill that void.

We have over 8 years house and pet sitting experience in Australia, and our reviews will be sent over with each application. We have a broad range of experience from country manors, farm stays, apartments, and family homes. We’ve cared for periods from 3 nights - 10 weeks and most of our assignments have been caring for animals - large and small breeds dog breeds, puppies and elderly, families of cats, chooks and ducks, and also have experience with medicated and unwell animals.
