I am a single female physician (academic pathologist) and professor of life sciences (biology) at Arizona State University. I also teach at Mayo Clinic Medical School in Phoenix. I have a 10+-year experience with house and pet-sitting and greatly enjoy coming to know new people through this process. I love the stimulation of new surroundings and the chance to make new animal friends as well. I am honest, responsible and reliable and treat the homes and pets of others with complete respect. I am rather compulsively neat and clean and happily assume all tasks important to home owners.
I am looking for an extended housesit, ideally for the last half of July and all of August 2026 and hope that my availability will match the needs of a Phoenix homeowner!
I will be teaching the first course of the first year of Mayo Clinic Medical School, which requires me to be at the medical school facility in Phoenix 3 mornings a week from July 21 to August 26. House-sitting in Phoenix during this time would be ideal.
Yes. I have over a decade of house-sitting experience, including extended sits in the UK and Europe. I am an experienced cat and dog sitter but I enjoy all small pets.
Passion for the task, dependability, honesty, and long experience. Being a physician, I can also lend some medical expertise to responsibility of caring for pets.
