Caring, Respectful Couple for Homes & Pets

About this sitter

We are a responsible couple originally from sunny San Diego who relocated to Florida two years ago. Both of us work remotely, which gives us the flexibility to travel while also providing consistent presence and attention in the homes we stay in. We’re currently looking for house-sitting opportunities that allow us to combine our love of travel with our love for animals.

We are lifelong pet lovers who have both had animals our entire lives and are very comfortable caring for pets in all stages of life, from energetic puppies and kittens to senior pets requiring extra patience and attention. We recently lost our two beloved senior dogs last year after raising them from 8-week-old puppies to 16-year-old seniors. It was an incredibly difficult loss, and while we are not quite ready for another pet of our own, we thought sharing our love for animals through house and pet sitting would be the perfect way to continue giving that love while helping others.

Megan also worked at an emergency veterinary hospital throughout college and has veterinary care knowledge, giving us extra confidence and experience when caring for pets.

Because we both work remotely, we’re able to spend plenty of time at home with pets throughout the day, making us a great fit for animals who enjoy companionship, routines, or more frequent potty breaks and care. We are dependable, attentive, clean, detail-oriented, and treat every home with the utmost respect as if it were our own.

In addition to pet care, we’re happy to help with plant care, mail collection, home upkeep, and maintaining the cleanliness/security of your home while you’re away. We have our own reliable transportation, no children, and no outside obligations that would distract from providing focused, attentive care.

Ultimately, we’re looking for opportunities where we can provide homeowners peace of mind knowing their pets and home are in loving, capable hands while they travel.

We have always been extremely picky about who watches our pets, so we understand the level of care, communication, and attentiveness owners hope for when leaving their beloved animals with someone else.
