French–American couple ready to care for your home

About this sitter

We’re a couple shifting out of our old corporate lives and into something a little less traditional. This includes traveling, launching a new venture, and learning more about the things we love. Housesitting fits this chapter well: it lets us care for homes and animals while living simply and focusing on what we’re creating.

Christophe grew up in Lyon, France and spent most of his career in global food companies (manufacturing and operations). He’s practical, steady, and very good at noticing how things work — and when they don’t. He’s the person you want around if something needs fixing or quietly staying on track.

Sierra has a background in nonprofit consulting, leadership, and creative work. She’s a meditation teacher and artist who naturally creates calm, welcoming spaces. For fun: chess, gardens, reading, piano, art, and anything outdoors.

For our “day jobs,” we consult (viepartners.com) and run a small company focused on creating sanctuary spaces — so caring for homes and the environments around them is something we genuinely enjoy.

How We Care for Homes & Pets:
We’re responsible and attentive, but not rigid. Every home and animal is different, and we try to settle into your routines rather than impose our own.

Yes. We have of course taken care of our own homes for decades, but Sierra also has 2 years housesitting experience while in France from 2021-2023. That's how I we met!

We live quietly. Our days are a mix of work, creative projects, walks, and time outdoors. We like simple routines and calm environments, which tends to translate well when caring for someone else’s home.
