About this sitter

We're Christine and Jordan, a couple who've been together 17 years and have been living and traveling full-time since 2020. What started as a leap of faith in Colorado Springs turned into a life of liveaboard sailing, international moves, and eventually a deep love of house and pet sitting as a way to slow down, put down temporary roots, and genuinely care for animals and homes as if they were our own.
We've had the joy of caring for a wonderful range of animals over the years — from Duncan and Ruby, a pair of spirited Gordon Setters in Todos Santos, Mexico, to June, a tiny but mighty Chihuahua mix in the Vermont countryside. Most recently we've been happily settled in Albrighton, Shropshire with Trixie and Buddy, and they've been wonderful companions. Each sit has left us with lasting memories.
Before we became full-time travelers, we were long-time pet owners ourselves, with a deep understanding of what it means to love an animal and trust someone else with their care. That's something we take seriously. Pets aren't a responsibility to manage — they're family to keep company.
We're calm, tidy, communicative, and genuinely love the animals in our care. We treat every home as our own and every pet as family we're thrilled to spend time with.

We've have previously had our own dogs, cats and chickens. We've been pet sitting through Trusted House Sitters for over a year.

What can they bring to the assignment

We both enjoy caring for animals. Jordan has more experience with animal medications, including intravenous medicine. Christine is the queen of cuddling. We're both pretty handy around the house. We own an older home in Colorado.
