Hi, I'm Maria! I'm a 59 year old single who came across this site during a transition in my life, and am discovering it to be quite adventurous!
Why they want to house sit
I love animals, meeting new people, and going to new places, so if I can help others and their pets and homes in the process of house-sitting, it makes for a great deal.
Their experience
I had my first house-sit back in college when my friend's parents asked me to stay a couple weeks and look after things while they were all gone.
I lived for a year as a live-in Caregiver for an elderly woman and helping take care of her, her parakeets and her home. Recently, I've had experience on this platform and others. All has been a success!
What can they bring to the assignment
Well, having had my own home and little dog for many years, I know what it's like to need to go out of town for a while and wanting to have the peace of mind in doing so. I hope here to give back to others, what others have given to me.
