About this sitter
Hi everyone! I'm Sean, I'm born and raised in Sydney, Australia (also an EU citizen) and I'm very interested in housesitting across Europe this year. I worked at a university library for a few years in Sydney since graduating, and am now applying for urban planning Masters degrees in Europe (starting in September).
I am staying with family in the Hamburg area while learning German, and am very flexible with my availability until university begins in September.
Why they want to house sit
I have a few months before university starts in September, and I would love to explore and experience different parts of Europe during this time. I also have a love of cats from my childhood.
Their experience
I am a beginner when it comes to housesitting for other peoples' pets, but I have many years of caring for cats in my own household (feeding, cleaning up after etc.).
What can they bring to the assignment
I have a strong care for, and understanding of cats through my many years of owning them. I am also very interested in engaging with the local culture of wherever I am staying, and being respectful to neighbours and the local community.
