I am a retired nurse and an animal lover. I cycle, attend yoga sessions twice a week, and play pickleball. Love nature, gardening and hiking. Fully bilingual in French / English .

Why they want to house sit

Now that I have sold the property and found a loving home for my cat. I am keen to learn how to smell the roses again. I am looking for house-sitting assignments in Europe. Being a French citizen, I am open to any location in Europe, rural or city, seaside or mountain. I have set a goal to visit as many European countries as possible in the next 5 years, to get a feel of the place where I could call home, and retire.

Their experience

Throughout my life, I have loved numerous pets ( Ridgeback, cats, rabbits, bantam chickens, a 30-year-old tortoise). I also owned and ran a 9-bedroom lodge in South Africa and recently sold the business. So, the maintenance of a house, garden, and swimming pool is no secret to me.
