About this sitter

We are a responsible and caring couple, 26 & 33 years old, looking for house sitting opportunities where we can combine our love for animals with a peaceful break from our full-time professional lives.

We genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and have experience caring for cats, dogs, chickens, horses, houseplants and gardening.
We have two cats of our own (Lindi (12) and Mucki (2)) so we are very familiar with daily routines, feeding, cleaning, and providing affection and attention.

My boyfriend grew up with dogs and chickens, so he is very comfortable and confident with their care as well. I love all kinds of animals and most of the time they love me too ?.

We also enjoy gardening and outdoor spaces. We have our own vegetable garden and take care of many houseplants, so we are happy to look after gardens, water plants, and keep things well maintained.

In a house sit, we are looking for a calm environment where we can fully dedicate our time to the animals and the home. We see house sitting as a meaningful way to slow down, live locally in different places, and enjoy a simple lifestyle surrounded by animals and nature.
We are tidy, reliable, respectful of people’s homes, and always treat every place as if it were our own. During a house sit, we would be fully present and committed to the care and wellbeing of the animals and the property.

We haven't done house sitting yet, but I volunteered in a Stable (Greece) and a dog shelter (Thailand). And we are experienced with animals, plants and gardening.
