About this sitter

I am a 'young' senior lady living in the USA, (Arkansas) However I was born in Germany (Karlsruhe). I also lived in Switzerland, Canada, Greece and Alaska.. I will be coming to stay for 2 months or so, this Fall until January 2027. I am nonsmoking, non-drinking and more on the quiet side but very friendly. I would be happy to take care of your pets and your home as if it was mine as I love to clean and organize which includes washing windows. no task is too small/big.. I will not have a car, thus a village with some shops or/and nearby train/bus station and/or any city would be ideal. I love to read or listen to classical and German music. I am not 'tech savvy' but do find my way around on the laptop. I'm non materialistic, just a down-to-earth lady with a kind and loving heart. (as soon as possible, I will have a more recent photo of myself posted with the help of a friend.

Why they want to house sit

Why do I want to house sit? I love to be in Europe and will be back again this Fall.. I plan to spend 2.5 months until after New Years in Germany, if possible. I like to be of help, in any way I can and I always go 'above and beyond' in any service, whether it be yard upkeep, house keeping, elder care, garden work, all of which I have accomplished in the USA and Germany.

Their experience

Am I experienced? Yes. I have spend 2 months in Utah, USA taking care of a large home and their dog, whilst the owners were in Italy. Also have house/pet sit for 5 indivuals/home ownders. I have owned my own home and know how to take care and be responsible for it. After I retired from the Little Rock Police Department, I have had many jobs taking care of Senior ladies and their homes as well as their pets until the ladies 'passed'. Some ladies as long as 1 year at a time. (I have many references in writing, that can be mailed to you, as well as recommendations from my police department and one from Arkansas State Police Department. I also adapt easily to most environments, as I've lived and traveled to many countries, especially Europe and Eastern Europe, Ukraine and Russia.. I have also spend weeks/months, volunteering for 'worldwide opportunities on organic farms' in Germany. also known as 'wwoof', one being near Schorndorf, for several weeks on two different occasions . This farm would be happy to provide a recommendation via email or a phone call from them.
