We're an active couple in our early 30's who love animals :). We both work remotely which gives us a lot of flexibility. Parker is an engineer, Kate own a small business operations company.

Why they want to house sit

We enjoy traveling slowly and seeing new places via housitting!

Their experience

While we're new to the MindMyHouse platform, we've done lots of home exchanges and house sitting before. We are AirBnB super hosts and have a 5 star rating on the pet sitting platform Rover.

What can they bring to the assignment

It's stressful leaving your space and your furry ones in someone else's hands.

We're home owners. We bought our house as a fixer upper and did all the work ourselves. You appreciate a kitchen differently after spending a month washing dishes in the bathroom sink while installing your own cabinetry and tile.

We're also pet owners. We weren't really planning on getting a cat, but when a stray turned up in the back yard with three hungry kittens in tow, we got them all veterinary care and new homes... except for one that we just couldn't part with.

Both our jobs emphasize responsibility. Parker makes sure big important things don't fall down. Kate makes sure payroll arrives on time.
