Hi! I'm kittie — a voice actress, writer, podcaster, writer and creative entrepreneur who's been living in Ubud, Bali for over a year. I work remotely, which means I'm genuinely HOME most of the day — not passing through. I'm a solo sitter, naturally tidy (everything has a place and I keep it that way), quiet, and I treat other people's spaces with real care and respect. I'm looking for sits in Colombia/South America starting September/October as I relocate to Medellín. Short or longer term — I'm flexible and happy to discuss what works for you.

Why they want to house sit

Honestly? Two reasons and I'll be straight about both. I want to experience living like a LOCAL — not a tourist passing through. There's something completely different about waking up in someone's home, in a real neighborhood, doing the grocery run and the morning walks. That's the life I want. AND — it's practical. I'm relocating to Medellín and house sitting lets me explore different neighborhoods before committing to a lease. I'd rather know a city from the inside out before I sign anything. It's a win for both of us — you get a responsible, present sitter and I get to truly experience where I'm landing.

Again, full transparency, I'm newer to formal house sitting but I'm not new to responsible independent living abroad. I've been navigating life as a solo woman in Bali for over a year — handling everything myself, respecting local customs, managing a home, and building community from scratch in a foreign country. That's the real training ground. I'm a natural homebody, I work from home daily, and cats genuinely love me — I have two of my own, so I understand the experience of caring for cats and understand that animals need routine, calm energy, and consistency. I show up for all three.

What can they bring to the assignment

Peace of mind — that's the main thing. I'm home most of the day working on audio, video or writing projects, so your property is never sitting empty and unattended. I'm a strong communicator and will send regular updates and photos so you're never left wondering. I leave spaces cleaner than I found them, I respect house rules without needing reminders, and I genuinely care about the animals in my charge. I'm not looking for a free vacation — I'm looking for a real home to steward while you're away. There's a difference, and homeowners can feel it.
