About this sitter
I‘ve been an animal lover all my life and have owned dogs, an Icelandic horse as well as a lovely rescue tomcat.
I also occasionally foster spaniels for a UK charity (the Springer Spaniel in my pics was one of them).
I’ve always had Wanderlust and love little outings or a week away here and there and combining that with getting my dose of animal company.
After having been on a UK only pet sitter site for a few years now (please see the reviews I’ve received there) I’d now love to occasionally venture abroad as well.
I’m a psychotherapist and while I petsit I can see my clients online.
I’m German but have lived and worked in the North of England for 15yrs.

Why they want to house sit
Travelling and animals are two of my favourite things in life. I enjoy seeing the world and I thoroughly love pet company. There’s nothing better than having some walking adventures with a dog or a cat sleeping on my chest in the evening while reading a book or watching a good film.
Their experience
I have done several housesits via a UK only petsitting website (please see my attached reviews) over the last three years.
I have looked after dogs, cats, hens, fish and sheep. Having been a horse owner when I was younger I also feel fairly confident around horses/donkeys.
What can they bring to the assignment
I bring a warm and caring attitude and it’s important for me to treat the property of others with respect.
I’m also a fairly calm person so most animals warm quickly to me.

This was our first experience of using a house sitter, and we were grateful for Jutta's helpfulness, first of all in coming on a preliminary visit to talk through and agree arrangements, and then on her flexibility regarding combining her sitting with her work commitments. She got on well with our animals, especially our dog Poppy, and we felt assured that she was caring for them well. She communicated well, and we enjoyed her photo updates. We would happily recommend Jutta to anyone else looking for a sitter.

Another great experience
This is the second time Jutta has looked after Lilah at our cottage and it was another great experience. She looked after Lilah beautifully and sent us pictures so we could see what they were up to. She left the house immaculate. A fabulous house sitter!

Absolutely brilliant
Jutta was an absolutely brilliant pet and house sitter! Her communication skills as faultless and Lilah loved her. She sent regular photos and updates about how they were getting on. When we got home, the house was spotless. We would welcome her back to sit for us any time!

Wonderful house sitter
Jutta is a wonderful house sitter. She sent me lovely photos of my dog Luna when I was away and kept in contact. I came home to very happy and cared for pets and a clean and tidy house. She took Luna on some great walks in the area. I would highly recommend Jutta and would definitely have her to house sit again.

We were lucky to have Jutta
We were lucky to have Jutta offer to look after our house and 2 Border Terrier dogs while we were away for 8 days over New Year. Her communication was great and she was very good at understanding the various dog foods and medicine that was required to be given. The house was clean and the dogs happy when we returned.

Jutta house and dog sat for us while we were away in Spain during half term. Her communication before, during and after the sit were excellent. Incredibly fortunate to have Jutta
We were incredibly fortunate to have Jutta take care of our home and our beloved cat, Freddie, while we were away. From the moment we first connected with her, we knew we were in good hands. Jutta’s attention to detail and care were evident from the start. She took the time to understand Freddie's routine and made sure he was not only well-fed but also showered with affection. Freddie is more like a little puppy than a typical cat, and it was clear he absolutely adored her. We returned to a very happy and contented pet! Our home was also impeccably cared for. Jutta kept everything spotless and even went the extra mile to ensure our plants were well-watered and thriving. The house was just as we left it, if not better! Communication with Jutta was fantastic throughout our trip.
