About this sitter

I‘ve been an animal lover all my life and have owned dogs, an Icelandic horse as well as a lovely rescue tomcat.
I also occasionally foster spaniels for a UK charity (the Springer Spaniel in my pics was one of them).
I’ve always had Wanderlust and love little outings or a week away here and there and combining that with getting my dose of animal company.
After having been on a UK only pet sitter site for a few years now (please see the reviews I’ve received there) I’d now love to occasionally venture abroad as well.
I’m a psychotherapist and while I petsit I can see my clients online.
I’m German but have lived and worked in the North of England for 15yrs.

Why they want to house sit

Travelling and animals are two of my favourite things in life. I enjoy seeing the world and I thoroughly love pet company. There’s nothing better than having some walking adventures with a dog or a cat sleeping on my chest in the evening while reading a book or watching a good film.

Their experience

I have done several housesits via a UK only petsitting website (please see my attached reviews) over the last three years.
I have done sits with dogs, cats, hens and sheep. Having been a house owner when I was younger I also feel fairly confident around horses/donkeys.

What can they bring to the assignment

I bring a warm and caring attitude and it’s important for me to treat the property of others with respect.
I’m also a fairly calm person so most animals warm quickly to me.
