Currently, I am in a professional transition.During this time I have a highly flexible schedule and I am able to provide a consistent, attentive presence at your home to ensure everything remains secure and well-maintained.

I am looking for clean, secure, and well-maintained environments within the State of Florida but preferably the South Florida tri-county area (Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach counties). A quiet, reliable space with solid internet access (Ethernet/hard wired capability) where I can work from my computer would be great. I am highly adaptable and comfortable in various settings, whether it is a suburban single-family home or a city condo. Ultimately, I am looking for a mutually beneficial arrangement with a homeowner who values absolute peace of mind, clear communication, and a meticulous caretaker to watch over their property, to include pets and plants.

Household Upkeep: I maintain a very clean, organized, and respectful living space. I am diligent about taking out the trash on designated days, collecting and sorting the mail, keeping surfaces pristine, and leaving your home exactly as I found it.

Home Security & Communication: Because I spend a lot of time on the property, your home will always look actively occupied, which naturally deters security risks. I provide clear, consistent updates (including photos of your pets and home) according to whatever communication schedule makes you feel most comfortable.
