About this sitter

We are Pamela and Alfredo, a married couple currently living in Dubai. I am an elementary school teacher and Alfredo works remotely, which means your pets will enjoy plenty of company and attention throughout the day.

We have been animal lovers our entire lives, growing up with both cats and dogs long before we had our own. Today, we share our home with our beloved rescue cat, Cookie, who moved with us from Mexico to Dubai.

We are looking for house sits where we can experience local communities while providing homeowners with complete peace of mind. We are respectful, tidy, non-smokers, and treat every home with the same care we would our own.

We hope to build lasting relationships with homeowners and become trusted sitters you would feel confident welcoming back again and again.

Why they want to house sit

We want to house sit because it allows us to combine our love for animals with our love of travel in a way that feels meaningful. As pet owners ourselves, we know how difficult it can be to leave a beloved pet behind. We also enjoy experiencing places as locals rather than as tourists. Staying in a home and becoming part of a neighborhood, even for a short time, gives us a much more authentic experience.

We use another petsitting platform very similar to this one, we have more reviews on that other app. We have been caring for pets our entire lives. We both grew up with cats and dogs and understand the love, patience, and responsibility that come with looking after them.

We currently have a rescue cat named Cookie, who has been part of our family for several years and even made the move with us from Mexico to Dubai. Caring for her has given us firsthand experience with maintaining routines, administering basic care, and ensuring a pet feels safe and loved, even through big life changes.
