Hi! My name is Thea, I‘m 18 years old and live in germany :) I‘m an animal lover with a passion for traveling and always looking forward to a new adventure! I love seeing new countries and getting to know new people all around the world. Since I‘m currently doing a gap year, my schedule is very adjustable and I would be glad to help you out with keeping your house clean and your pets fed and cuddled ;) I’m open to spontaneous requests!

Why they want to house sit

I love getting to know new people and cultures and visiting new places! A big dream of mine has always been to travel around the world. My goal is to find the right balance between relaxing and exploring and I think housesitting is a great way to do that :) I’ve grown up between cats, chickens and rabbits and love caring for all kinds of animals. If you have any wishes like daily updates or photos on how your plants and furry friends are doing, just let me know and I will provide them! I understand that, while being away, you don’t want to have to worry about anything going on in your home. For your time away from home to be as carefree as possible, feel free to give me detailed instructions on what has to be done around the house and what kinds of affection your pets like and need :) I will do my best to get to know them and keep you updated!

Their experience

I have some experience in housekeeping since I worked a part time job at a hotel. If you have any specific wishes on how something should be cleaned (e.g. if you want me to use any specific cleaning products) just let me know! If there are any plants at your place that I need to take care of or any specific food wishes for your pets, don’t worry! I have watched over friends’ houses before and taken care of plants, pets and (of course) cleaning. I love cooking and learning new things!

What can they bring to the assignment

If you need a reliable housesitter with an adjustable schedule that’s open to new experiences and can work around your wishes and needs, look no further! ;) Since I have a drivers license that can be used anywhere in the EU (and some other countries), I don’t mind if your place is in a more rural area. I am fluent in english and german. If you feel more comfortable having two people watching over your home, just let me know and I can ask my boyfriend (19) if he is available at the time.
