My sister used to call me “Eleonora the Animal Rescuer” because wherever I go, I always seem to find a living creature in need of help! That probably says everything about how deeply I love animals—I always put their well-being before my own.

I’m a calm, reliable, and respectful person who takes great care of other people’s homes and routines. Cleanliness and organization are very important to me—in fact, I genuinely find cleaning relaxing!

I’ve worked with animals for years as a dog trainer and behavior educator, and I also volunteer at several animal shelters. In addition, I founded a local association dedicated to protecting and caring for the cats in my hometown. Animal welfare isn’t just something I care about—it’s a fundamental part of who I am.

Mia sorella mi chiamava “Eleonora la salva animali” perché ovunque vada trovo sempre un essere vivente bisognoso di aiuto! Why they want to house sit

For me, house sitting is an authentic way to travel and discover new places by living like a local. Above all, though, it’s an opportunity to care for animals, which is what I truly love doing

Their experience

For several years, I provided boarding for dogs and cats while their owners were away. I am also a certified dog trainer, with experience handling dogs of all temperaments, from the shyest and most anxious to the most energetic and exuberant.
Because I have often adopted very elderly dogs, I also have extensive experience providing senior pet care, including administering medication, giving injections, and manually expressing the bladder when needed. I am confident caring for pets with special medical or mobility needs and always prioritize their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Living in the countryside, I’m also experienced in caring for fruit trees, flowers, and plants. I genuinely enjoy gardening and understand the importance of giving each plant the attention it needs.

Per diversi anni ho tenuto cani e gatti in pensione mentre i proprietari erano in viaggio. Non mi limito a dare da mangiare e portare fuori un animale: mi assicuro che si senta al sicuro, sereno e rispettato nelle sue abitudini.
