About this sitter

He is a former soldier and she is a former nurse. Free to go wherever we want. No pets now, but lots of experience with dogs and cats and some experience caring for horses.

Why they want to house sit

Now that we're retired, we have a strong desire to visit other places. Not as tourists, but temporarily becoming part of the surroundings and the community.

Their experience

With 3 years of house-sitting in Greece (Lefkada) at 3 different houses and 3 years of house-sitting in Ireland on a large estate (Pottlerath) with a garden and other small tasks, we can say that we have a lot of experience.

What can they bring to the assignment

We have a lot of experience with the mentioned animals. We also have considerable social experience with people and cultures. In addition, we know more than enough about gardening and other small repair tasks.
