I am looking for a new place to call home in Europe, House sitting will be a wonderful way to discover new areas.

Absolute quiet and rural living is really important to me. I am only interested in the countryside, and calm, or remote places. Driving is not a problem to me and I have my own car (but not a 4x4).
I appreciate cleanliness a lot.
I adore nature, greenry, and animals, and love creating a beautiful atmosphere in a home.
I studied Industrial design and worked as a decorator for 20 years.
I can be quite a hermit and I never feel alone or bored. I do love to cuddle with pets, and having a friendly chat with locals.

I also enjoy gardening, reading, writing (I write poetry and essays), embroidering, artworks, mysticism, psychology, morning coffees, evening strolls, self care, learning languages, meditation, having animals around me, and just resting and staring at a beautiful view.

Why they want to house sit

I am looking for a new place in rural Europe to settle down, and this will give me the opportunity to experience an area in depth and explore where I want to live.
I have done several house sits in the past, that were always wonderful experiences, some lead to lifelong friendships, and a beneficial exchange for both.

I am very tidy and clean, calm, and responsible.
I had dogs, cats, chickens, and lots of plants of my own. I genuinely like to care for a home, for plants, animals, and people.
I speak several languages, from native to intermediate: Dutch / English / French / Italian / German. I have my own car, and remote areas are very welcome. I am very flexible and communicative and will take care of your belongings as my own.
