Hello! I’m Tania, a Canadian language teacher living in Barcelona with my 21 year old son. I enjoy traveling, spending time in nature, and caring for animals. I am a non-smoker, tidy, organized, and responsible, and I treat every home as if it were my own. I speak English, Spanish and intermediate French.
I have Experienced with dogs, cats, and small animals. I had a dog and a cat. I also help my daughter taking care of her cats when she is away. love taking dogs for walks or hikes, caring for cats, keeping up with feeding routines, and giving pets plenty of affection.
Plants & Home: As a plant enthusiast, I’m happy to tend to indoor plants and garden spaces. I keep homes spotless and ensure your home stays secure.

Reliable, proactive, and a pleasure to work with
Tania looked after our house in Catalonia and she was fantastic. I’d recommend her without hesitation. Communication mattered most to me, and she kept me well informed the whole time. I always knew what was going on, good or bad, and never had to chase her for an update. She has a great attitude and was eager to pitch in on whatever small project came up. When maintenance issues arose, she adapted easily. One problem took several visits from tradespeople to troubleshoot, and Tania coordinated with them each time, was there to let them in, and reported back clearly after every visit. That saved me a lot of stress from a distance. She also took the initiative to organize the linens without being asked, which I really appreciated. And she left the house immaculate. Anyone would be lucky to have Tania caring for their home. I hope she’ll come back.
