About this sitter

I have retired from my career, but am very active with many interests.
I enjoy travelling, and am looking for interesting places to visit. I love a clean and tidy home. A clean house is a happy house! I am a non-smoker and a pet lover. I have had pets all my life, dogs and cats, and currently have a very friendly cat, Leafy. I also love plants, and have many in my home. Some of my interests are photography, nature, music, art, yoga, exercising, and bird watching.

Why they want to house sit

I like to house sit as it gives one a chance to feel integrated into the location you are visiting. Living in a home, not a hotel, being part of the community. That is the beauty of sharing your care for someone else's home, and in turn benefiting from the experience. It also is an added bonus if there are pets!

Their experience

I have many years of home ownership and care, and often care for neighbors and family members homes, pets, and plants. I am reliable and conscientious about any helping role I enter into with my family or a friend. I have had pets all my life, dogs and cats. Currently I have a very loveable cat named Leafy! I also take care in tending my plants, I have about 20 different house plants.
