About this sitter
New experiences fulfill me. I'm on this site because it is an opportunity to see a new place and make new connections.
I like to travel but can't afford hotels all the time, so house-sitting is an ideal solution. I would love to see more of the USA, new countries, or go back to the 60 countries I've already visited. There is always something new to experience.
I'm semi-retired and live on a farm near Portland, Oregon.
I have also lived in Germany and Japan and have an EU passport so I can stay in Europe for as long as is necessary.
Why they want to house sit
I don't have pets any more and miss them. This is a great way to get some snuggle time!
I love to explore places and have found that having a home base is the best way to do that.

My background is in facilities management. I know how to take care of your house!
Animals: I live vicariously through friends' pets... Sometimes they come stay with me, and sometimes I house-sit at their homes. I don't have animals any more because I travel too much, so this is a great solution.
I have experience with medicating pets, from injections to pills.
