Experienced couple providing care and peace of mind

About this sitter

Evelyn and I are looking for ways to swap the winter in Austria for a better climate in the south. We are keen and motivated to offer house-sitting and pet-sitting services all over the world, whilst getting used to life as digital nomads.

Why they want to house sit

House- and petsitting offers us an affordable way to travel freely and learn new things. In the long term, we want to give up our apartments in Austria and have therefore set out to find an alternative way of life that better suits our wishes and values.

Their experience

Although we’re new to house- and pet-sitting, we’ve already gained practical and life experience in various fields. I was employed for many years and started my own business as a coach/trainer after finishing my studies.

Evelyn gained a lot of experience in the hospitality industry and at hotel front desks even before she started her studies and her own business.

We speak fluent English and are learning other languages as well. This makes us flexible and helps us adapt more easily to new countries and cultures.

What can they bring to the assignment

We both grew up in the countryside and have a basic understanding of Agriculture and Landscape Conservation, which offers us a welcome change from our mostly sedentary day jobs.

Bernhard is a homeowner and knows what it means to be responsible and to keep things in good shape.

Evelyn has several years of professional experience as a receptionist, and her courteous, friendly manner makes her the ideal point of contact for your guests.
