About this sitter

Hi, I'm Anita (30), an animal lover from the Czech Republic. I speak English and German, and I also know some French, Italian, and Finnish. I genuinely enjoy learning new languages and discovering new cultures.

For me, house sitting is much more than a way to travel—it's an opportunity to care for animals while giving homeowners complete peace of mind.

I grew up in a family home, so looking after a house, garden, and everyday household responsibilities comes naturally to me.

Every summer, I look after my friends' home, garden, and their beloved dog while they spend two weeks fishing in Norway. During that time, I make sure everything is well cared for, so they can fully enjoy their holiday without any worries.

From my experience, pets feel most comfortable when they can stay in their familiar surroundings, following their usual routine while receiving plenty of attention, affection, and patience. Whether it's long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply quiet companionship, I'm always happy to adapt to each pet's unique personality and needs.

I'm a responsible, tidy, and trustworthy person who treats every home with the same care and respect as my own. I understand how important it is to know your pets and home are in safe hands, and I'm always happy to send regular updates and photos while you're away. My goal is simple: to make sure you return home to happy pets.

Why they want to house sit

For me, it's not about finding a place to stay. It's about earning someone's trust, caring for a home with respect, and making sure a pet feels safe and loved until their favourite person comes back.
