Experienced, Caring, Cat Lover!!

About this sitter

I’m a retired teacher and avid traveler who still loves to enjoy new experiences and make new friends, furry and human!! I have been successfully housesitting in the UK for several years now and I love it! I am a true “cat lady” and since losing my own beloved kitty, I get my “fix” by caring for others. I have several happy kitties in the UK, and I think I’ll stick to felines for now. As a house sitter, I’m adaptable, neat, organized and a good communicator. I’m interested in experiences anywhere - I use airline miles efficiently and can fly across the Atlantic easily. I always rent a car and have no problem driving on the left, if need be. I did 1600 miles this summer!! I understand a bit of Espanol but unfortunately, I don’t speak anything other than English.

Why they want to house sit

I love interacting with kitty cats and have been responsible for several in my house sitting experiences that required medicating and special care. I also enjoy exploring new places in the world and meeting new people. House/cat sitting has enriched my life!

I have done repeated house sitting in Ireland, Scotland, England and the Hamptons, in New York. These families have become my friends!

What can they bring to the assignment

As a retired primary teacher, I bring a sense of calm and organized care to the kitties that I care for. My furry friends and their parents trust me.
