We are an active couple who love travelling and animals. We both work remotely and don’t have children yet, so we’re happy to have the flexibility to change our surroundings and go somewhere new whenever we want.

Why they want to house sit

We’re really drawn to country life and dream of having our own little house one day, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This feels like a wonderful opportunity to experience that lifestyle and see what it’s like for ourselves.

Their experience

Since we travel often and stay in many different houses and apartments, we’re used to quickly figuring out how things work — from different heating systems and boilers to air conditioning, household appliances, and other home equipment.
We cared for a cat we adopted from a shelter for many years, and she spent six happy years with us. My husband also grew up with a Cocker Spaniel from his teenage years. Animals have always been a big part of our lives, and it’s hard for us to imagine life without them. Taking care of them has never felt like a burden.

What can they bring to the assignment

I’m proud that my husband is very handy — there’s almost nothing he can’t fix or figure out (definitely not typical IT guy), especially if I ask him 😉
I’m the one who brings order, coziness, and cleanliness into our home, so we complement each other perfectly.
