About this sitter
I am a medical doctor and live in Heidelberg. I travelled a lot and like to be part of communities. Being in a private home makes me experience a place in a much deeper way. Meet the neighbours, feel the place. Its very different from a tourist experience.
Why they want to house sit
I love to visit new places and I like to be surrounded by animals. House sitting is one way to give something to the community. You are away and I come and take care. This is how new societies work in a loving way.
Their experience
I did a 6-weeks house sitting in Costa Rica taking care of a wonderful dog, cats and chickens and a big garden. I travelled 2 years in Latin America and have several Workaway experiences.
What can they bring to the assignment
I get along with lots of animals. From alpaka to horses, cats and dogs. I guess because I am very quiet and feel them. I keep your house tidy and leave it the way I found it.
