About this sitter

Hello! I am a late 30’s single world traveler looking to responsibly and lovingly take care of your home and pets. I am a homebody in the introverted side, as such am not looking to leave the house much. I have a deep affection for animals and especially cats. I am originally from Texas, USA so I am familiar with farm animals in a basic sense. I currently reside in NYC, USA and have since 2016.
What I am looking for is less relevant I believe than what you are looking for, as my wish is to treat your home and pets as if you were still there, respecting your requests exactly and with care.

Why they want to house sit

My reasoning to house sit is to get out of my home city and hopefully my home country every now and again. I live in a very crowded city, and my apartment itself is crowded and I’d like to have a respite in a cozy, calm environment. I love animals and am not able to care for my own in my everyday life, as I travel often for work, and my home city is too crowded for an animal to roam free.
My desire is to home sit in Europe.

Their experience

At the time of this posting, I do not yet have experience with home sitting. I hope to gain experience soon in my home country, and to eventually help others trust my potential experience.
Otherwise, I am an experienced solo-traveler. I prefer to travel solo and freely, and have visited Europe on many occasions, as well as parts of Central America, and Thailand.

What can they bring to the assignment

I have a very flexible schedule, as I am freelance in my work. I am seeking longer periods of sitting, which could be helpful for home owners who are looking for that. I have flexible start and end dates, so if a home owner is unsure for whatever reason about when exactly they need a sitter, I am a great candidate for that.
I am mellow sitter as I am solely looking to get cozy in a home, not looking to go out and explore or “vacation.” I am looking to care for animals and soothe that part of my spirit, so you can be assured your animals will have lots of playtime with me. I am looking to follow your instructions to a tee.
