I’m a lifelong animal lover who has been both a dog and cat owner, and I have several years experience caring for other people’s pets and homes.
I’m looking for sits in cities I love, especially (but not exclusively) NYC/Brooklyn and Paris, where I can settle in, keep your routines running smoothly, and get to know your pets. Whether you need someone for a long weekend or a couple of months, I’m happy to talk through what works for you.

Why they want to house sit

Honestly, it’s the best of both worlds for me. I get to spend time with animals, which I love, and experience new places like a local rather than a tourist. In return, you get peace of mind knowing your pets are staying in their own home, on their own schedule, with someone who treats them like family. I take that trust seriously.

Their experience

Yes. I’ve had both a dog and cat myself and have pet sat a variety of cats and dogs for other families, including animals with special medical needs. I’m comfortable with special diets, administering medications, senior pets, etc., and I follow care instructions carefully.
My previous sits have consistently mentioned that I leave their homes tidy, keep them updated while they’re away, and that their pets were happy and relaxed when they got back.

What can they bring to the assignment

Reliable, attentive care for your pets, including any medical needs. Regular updates with photos so you can enjoy your trip without worrying. A clean, well-kept home, left the way you found it or better. Help with plants, mail, trash, and other household tasks. And flexibility: I can often accommodate last-minute changes, longer stays, and being home throughout the day.
