Teacher available on school breaks

About this sitter

Hello, I am a High School Spanish teacher. I have been an educator for the last 25 years. I have an older daughter who lives in London with her boyfriend and I have a 16 years old son who lives with me part time. I also have one very sweet tabby cat, name Muzzy. We love to travel. My son loves fishing and I love reading with my cat in my lap, good soothing music and a cup of tea although I have little time to do so due to the amount of school work to grade every weekend. I am looking for assignments to look after a home during weekends or school breaks mostly.

Why they want to house sit

I love traveling, staying at other people's house that are charming. I have a passion for architecture and I would take care of your plants as if there were mine. I have lived with pets all my life. My mom used to have parakeets, cats and dogs in the house (not at the same time) I never feel alone at home when there is a mascot and everyone who owns a pet eventually needs someone to take care of them or if you have a home, you don't want to sit empty for long periods of time.

Their experience

As I said before my experience is personal. I have about 25 house plants that I adore. I have taken care of my neighbor's plants everytime that she goes on trips. I have also taken care of my friends pets, my brother sphinx cat, and my auntie's small dog in many occasions. In my former house (group house) we have a dog that I often took care of, giving her walks to the park, and fed her every time her owners went on vacations.
