Reliable remote worker who can give pets attention throughout the day :)

About this sitter

I work remotely in tech, so as long as there’s decent wifi, I can work from pretty much anywhere. When I’m not working, I’m usually climbing, cycling, cooking, or watching movies. I’m looking for sits where the pets would like some company, and I’m happy with anything from a few days to a few weeks.

Why they want to house sit

House sitting lets me spend time in new places while doing something I genuinely enjoy. Since I’m home working most of the day anyway, I can give your pets a lot of attention in between meetings. And snuggly cats can curl up next to me all day!

Their experience

I am experienced. In the past year, for example, I’ve watched my sister’s four cats for a week at a time (which meant giving meds, giving wet food twice a day, cleaning litter boxes daily, and managing two who are indoor/outdoor cats). I’ve also looked after two kittens for a week (lots of playtime) and cared for an African grey and two cockatiels for five days. Cats and birds are where I’m most comfortable.

What can they bring to the assignment

Someone who’s around all day, sticks to your pets’ routines, and keeps your place clean and secure. I’m happy to handle meds, feeding schedules, and anything else your pets need, and I’ll send you updates and photos so you’re not left wondering how things are going :)
