About this sitter

We are retirees who very much enjoy house sitting. We are very adaptable and equally happy in a small town or rural environment. As former pet owners we would be very pleased to care for your pets/animals in addition to looking after your house and garden. Over the past twelve years we have been lucky enough to have been selected for many sits in the UK, France and Switzerland caring for cats (with an age range from nine weeks to 18 years), dogs, poultry and even a flock of doves. We have our own transport and are non-smokers.

Why they want to house sit

We are the owners of a large house in Pembrokeshire. As this is our sole property we are free to travel wherever needed to look after your house and pets. Our love of France and Switzerland and our flexibility means that we can adapt our life to suit your plans. We like to be active so would be happy doing gardening, pool maintenance and grass cutting as required. You will return to a clean house and well-cared for pets!

In addition to having undertaken many house/pet sits over the past twelve years, we have over twenty years' experience of running our own home as a holiday rental, presenting our property to a 5* standard.

What can they bring to the assignment

We have been travelling to France and Switzerland for over 30 years and spent seven months in France in 2010, staying in long-term lets and looking after the owners' homes and gardens.
