About this assignment

We (my husband and I are both Germans and born 1969) have since autumn 2022 an apartment in Spain that we currently use mainly in winter - September to April.
The last two summers we had very good experiences with house sitters and that's why we want to try it again this year.
We are looking for someone to live in it and had a look on it and pay us the service charges. The fixed costs (community, security, WLAN, gardener, cleaning staff for the stairwell. What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We would like the entire period to be covered by one person/couple. This does not necessarily have to be from April to September, in agreement it can also be March/April/May to August/September/October.

There is a supermarket and restaurants nearby. However, the apartment is difficult to reach by public transport. It is therefore necessary to have your own car. There is a private car park in front of the house.
