Spanish Villa in Wine Country

About this assignment

Looking for a couple to care for charming Spanish villa. Spanish & English language skills required. No pets, children or smokers. The couple will have a suite to themselves (bedroom / sitting room / bathroom). Recommend to have car or scooter. Financially independent (it is not a paid job).

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

We do not have any pets to care for. In a big house like there there's usually something needing a bit of attention, and we look for people that will treat it like their own home and communicate well with owners if any repairs are needed.

What are the good features of the property and location

It is a beautiful farmhouse in Spain, 1 hr south of Barcelona, 10 minutues from the sea. In a small village in the wine country.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Most people in the village speak on Spanish and Catalan, so language skills would be very helpful. It's a big place and there's always something to be done to help maintain it.

Can I bring my own pets?
